No Happiness For You

It's what happens when you create an unnatural, non-free market, violent enterprise (called “the state”) and it is supported by the great majority of slaves around you. Topsy-Turvy world. It’s no wonder that most Americans gulp down anti-depressants like they are skittles.
How else can you explain this interaction. A man in incredible pain with a degenerative disease begs his mass’ah to be able to use a natural plant that has been used by humans for over 5,000 years to cure all sorts of ailments and just, generally, makes you feel happy... and it won't put one dollar into Mitt Romney's fascist pocket. The nerve!
The criminal organization, known to most as the US Government, has declared that anyone using this vegetation be kidnapped and put in cages. That is, until they could come up with a dangerous, substitute that they could sell to the slaves at 10,000% higher prices. Sure, it’s not as good… heck, it’s downright dangerous. This eighth grader had a double lung transplant and died after trying it. And three Texas teenagers all had heart attacks after inhaling the toxic chemical alternative.
But, Mitt Romney would have individuals suffering from crippling diseases arrested for simply using a miracle herb. It’s just not profitable enough for him! Only in ‘government’ can you look into the eyes of a man in terrible pain and just shrug your shoulders and say, “z’too bad.” This is why government is always the exact opposite of free-market capitalism. An entrepreneur would hear this man's sad tale and try to find any way to provide him with some way to make him happy (and thereby make a profit). A politician hears his story and finds any way to use force to ensure his pain never ends. It’s like he’s some deranged “soup nazi” but with powers way beyond his own soup shop. "No happiness for you!"
BIG PHARMA USES GOVERNMENT TO MAKE NATURE ILLEGAL
This, like most things, isn’t new. There has been a long history of big pharma marketing synthetic versions of street drugs. Opium was once sold across the counter as a safe and effective pain-killer. After the racially driven campaign to criminalize opium succeeded, the strength went up, quality went down and the CIA was rolling in dough during the Vietnam War shipping heroin into the USA from the Golden Triangle. Of course the Pharmaceutical-industrial complex was there to retail the “prescription” versions such as oxycodone and hydrocodone – the highly addictive drugs that RINO shill Rush Limbaugh was famously addicted to.
The DEA even has created a museum of "illegal drugs" where they call all sorts of natural plants "illegal drugs" and brag about how they've killed or imprisoned millions for their ownership. The fact it wasn't burned to the ground on the day of its grand opening is only testament to the whipped dogs that brainwashed Americans have become.
And, now it is marijuana’s turn to be turned into a profit center for the Pharmaceutical-industrial complex and the lobbyists, politicians and criminal government gangs (DEA, FBI, CIA, FDA). The CIA, after all, is one of the biggest narcotic importers into the US.

Today, yet another example emerges as the DEA moves to legalize THC in Big Pharma's pills while simultaneously making it illegal for anyone else to grow, sell or possess THC. The DEA, you see, is working to change the classification of THC from a schedule I substance (like street heroin) to a schedule III drug (pharmaceuticals). So if Big Pharma grows its own marijuana plants, extracts the THC and puts it into a "pot pill," those pills will be perfectly legal. They're already FDA approved, actually, when made with the synthetic version of THC.
So the US government criminalized a natural plant, “scheduling” it in the same category as cocaine and heroin and filling their gulag complex with 780,000 internees in 2010 alone to slave away for pennies a day and have their futures destroyed.
Meanwhile the corporate side of the fascist coin was working on a synthetic THC, since the wild plant that has been cultivated for thousands of years can’t be standardized and controlled by a central authority. We all know of course that if canabbis was to be grown by individuals it would bring on the collapse of civilization.
GOVERNMENT REGULATED DOCTORS ARE JUST LEGALIZED DRUG-DEALERS
In this twisted statist world, government regulated and licensed medical professionals become the street-level drug dealers for big Pharma, dealing out of their offices. With the police state thugs protecting them from competition by honest entreprenurial individuals ("drug dealers") who are just looking to provide quality medicines to consenting adults.
Prescription narcotics are being handed out almost like candy by doctors – some of whom are genuinely interested in patient care – others who run so-called “pill mills”, where narcotic prescriptions are traded for cash to feed addictions. The CDC study found that enough narcotics are prescribed every year to medicate each and every adult in America every day for a month. link
After all, this herb needs to be stopped! The carnage is… well… there is no carnage. At all.
In the United States the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) estimates that 17,941 people died in 2006 in alcohol-related collisions, representing 40% of total traffic deaths in the US. NHTSA says 275,000 were injured in alcohol-related accidents in 2003 – compare that with ZERO from Marijuana.

Sure, you could argue one or two of the points, but when tens of thousands of teens destroy a city like Vancouver after a hockey game, mostly fueled by alcohol addicts and users, not one person calls for outlawing alcohol. Good, good slaves. You’ve been taught well in your 12 year indoctrination.
This has been the fascist model for 100+ years now, big business working hand in hand with corrupt government to outlaw perfectly natural substances and replace them with addictive substances that do far more harm than good. In this upside-down world, what is natural is illegal… what is unnatural, and usually dangerous, is perfectly fine.
Recent SWAT team raids on raw milk producers and organic farmers is another sinister facet of this centrally planned hell the overlords in Washington, and most western countries, want to confine us in.
The pharmaceutical industry would be decimated if everyone could grow a few marijuana plants and other beneficial herbs and consult with “unlicensed” medical practitioners – but where would the profits and kickbacks for the politicians be for the pharmaceutical industrial complex to extract from its victims?
This would destroy the medical-“care” industry as we know it: the drugged up, sick system known as modern western medicine. The poor food, the “medical system” which just gives people toxic chemicals when they feel bad, all the bogus vaccines pushed on children that cause society wide sickness.
The hospital system alone kills hundreds of thousands each year. An average of 195,000 people in the USA died due to potentially preventable, in-hospital medical errors in each of the years 2000, 2001 and 2002, according to a new study of 37 million patient records that was released today by HealthGrades, the healthcare quality company.
Because of the gun that sits in the hand of every bureaucrat, patients have no choice but to accept the toxic cocktail of drugs and “medicine” that masquerades as true health care. It is clear that with the case of YOUR HEALTH, the state is the enemy of the people – the power must be wrested from their cold hands and be put back where it belongs. Freedom is essential to life. There's a reason Great White Sharks don’t breed well in captivity. Nothing breeds well in captivity. Although we’ve gotten used to it.
HAPPINESS NOW ILLEGAL IN THE WEST
The fact of the matter is, plain and simple, the entire western world has been completely undermined and destroyed by… itself. Any sane person would just leave at this point. Certainly, if I found myself with a degenerative disease, the last thing I’d do is ask for permission to make myself feel better. I’d go to any number of countries where these things are either legal or just not worried about. In Mexico, all “drugs” are legal… not many people know that. That’s not the main reason I’m here at “Jeff’s Gultch”… but it certainly doesn’t hurt. And, at Doug’s Gultch in Argentina we regularly chew some cocaine leaves after dinner. They've been chewed and consumed as tea for thousands of years in the high Andes. They are rich in many essential nutrients; they ease respiratory and digestive distress and are a natural stimulant and painkiller. And, best of all, when you buy them from a shop or street vendor, a group of armed men in black vans don't come up and kidnap or kill you.
That alone increases your sense of happiness and well-being ten fold. Not being stalked, tracked and regulated at every step. Not watching your rear view mirror constantly in fear... not sitting at a red light for seeming hours at 3am with not a car on the road, scared to move or have your photo taken and be caged or extorted for the last bits of money you are allowed to keep after the plethora of taxes you are forced to pay.
It's just like everything to do with statism, it's a paradox. In Mexico and Argentina they don't need to over-indulge in drugs to numb themselves because their lives are happy. In the US and most western countries they make drugs illegal and enslave their populations to the point of many people desiring drugs to escape the oppression.
In the end, the state is a self licking ice cream cone. They create the problems they purport to solve. Just hope you can get out from beneath their thumb before you have or need access to something in which they don't want you to have access. Don't wait for Uncle Mitt to tell you to your face, "No happiness for you!"

The right to use natural medicine-- instead of dangerous pharmaceuticals-- is fundamental, substantive and inherent in the liberty promised to all Americans in the 5th and 14th Amendments.
Medical Marijuana Advocates need to work together to establish this fundamental right. Once this medical right to natural medicine is established, restrictive interpretations of medical marijuana laws won't matter as our fundamental right to natural medicine can not be infringed. For example, the state of Michigan will have to allow Patient-2-Patient Transfers. The Michigan government can not continue to force terminally ill people to wait 4 months for their "designated" medicine to grow if WE Americans have a fundamental right to natural medicine (natural medicine includes cannabis in medical marijuana states).
This is a Medical Rights Movement!!!!
