Eat The Rich

A friend and subscriber, Derek A., forwarded me this, err, I don't even know what you would call it.  I hope you don't call it "journalism"... It is entitled, "Tax the Super Rich Now, or Face a Revolution".

If you want to waste three minutes of your life, have a read through this, err... again, I don't even know what to call it.  Is this what journalism looks like in the US, nowadays??  There is barely a complete sentence throughout the entire piece.

I'm all for creative writing styles, but I think the writer actually doesn't even understand what a complete sentence looks like.  The article actually starts off like this: "Yes, tax the Super Rich. Tax them now. Before the other 99% rise up, trigger a new American Revolution, a meltdown and the Great Depression 2."

Nothing is backed up.  There are no sources.  He just makes wild and crazy statements in three word snippets.  It continues:

"We know the Super Rich don’t care. Not about you. Nor the American public. They can’t see. Can’t hear. Stay trapped in their Forbes-400 bubble. An echo chamber that isolates them. They see the public as faceless workers, customers, taxpayers. See GOP power on the ascent. Reaganomics is back. Unions on the run. Clueless masses are easily manipulated."

Is that really the case?  I decided to take a quick jaunt through the Forbes 400.  People like Jerry Seinfeld and rapper, Jay-Z, didn't quite make the list but are noted as up & comers.  So, does that mean they are okay right now, but if they ever make it on that list they will turn into these people who "can't see", "can't hear" and "stay trapped in their Forbes-400 bubble"?

Poor Jay-Z.  Let's hope he doesn't make it!  If he can't hear he won't be able to come up with rap hits like, "Nigga what?  Nigga who?"  Jerry Seinfeld too... he seems so nice and funny.  Little does he know he is just a few million dollars away from "seeing the public as faceless workers".  That won't work well for his comedy routines!  "What's up with all these faceless workers?"

And what about people like Peter Thiel, #365 on the list.  He co-founded Paypal and was one of the first angel investors to invest in Facebook!  What a bastard!  Boy, did he ever take advantage of everybody by offering them products they really wanted!

Or Peter Buck, #221 on this list of heartless devils!  He founded Subway!  The nerve of that guy, operating sandwich shops in every town!  Feeding people!  With quite healthy food no less!  Where's my lynchin' rope?  Let's get Jared while we are at it!

He actually does use one "source" in his article.  He doesn't name the source but just calls him "a savvy insider"!  We wouldn't want to have to name this deepthroat for the incredibly secret information he divulges!  Here is what he says:

"Here’s how one savvy insider who knows described this Super-Rich Delusion: “The top 1% live privileged lives, aren’t worried about much. Families vacation at the best resorts. Their big concerns are finding the best Pilates teacher, best masseuse, best surgeons, best private schools. They aren’t concerned with the underlying deterioration of America or the world, except in the abstract, because they aren’t directly affected by it. That’s not to say they aren’t sympathetic, aware, or don’t talk about the issues you bring up. They are largely concerned with protecting and enhancing their socio-economic positions, ensuring their families live well. And nothing you write about will change things.”

These people must be stopped!  They don't worry too much?  They are largely concerned with ensuring their families live well?  Pilates?!  The nerve!

He then compares "rich people" with brutal dictators as though they are one in the same:

"Mubarak, Gaddafi, Ali, Assad, even the Saudis also lived in the Super-Rich Delusion. Have for a long time. Were vulnerable. Ripe for a revolution. They, too, honestly believed they were divinely protected, chosen for great earthly wealth, enjoyed great armies."

He goes on to state the following:

"The rich are like addicts, and to “the addicted, money is like cocaine, too much is never enough.” A few years ago an elite 300,000 Americans in “the top tenth of 1% of income had nearly as much income as all 150 million Americans who make up the economic lower half of our population.” The Super Rich Delusion is an addiction that requires a painful detox."

Yes, that damn Steve Jobs!  He keeps coming up with amazing little tech gizmos that enrich the lives of hundreds of millions!  He needs a good detoxin'!

He finishes off his new-age Communist Manifesto with the following:

"Wake up folks. The Super-Rich Delusion is destroying the American Dream for the rest of us. The Super Rich don’t care about you."

Yes!  Get Steven Spielberg, #110 on the list!  He's at it yet again as we speak!  He is working on Men in Black III!  We should hold him at gunpoint and take most of his money which he made from things like E.T., Gremlins, Indiana Jones and Jaws!

That one man, almost single-handedly, has destroyed the American Dream by creating well produced, popular movies!

This article from Marketwatch actually does have some use and value.  It is a warning shot about the level of stupidity, ignorance and outright jealous hatred that many Americans have for people who produce things.  It's just one reason why I currently live in Mexico and even find that too close to the US nowadays and have just purchased a half an acre in the modern day Galt's Gulch in northern Argentina.

Given the tone of this article and the fact that it wasn't met with thousands of upset readers I would suggest many on the Forbes 400 look to do the same, and soon.  In fact, anyone who even has a car worth more than $20,000 may find themselves at the mercy of the mob soon in the land of the free.  If you are a producer and not a consumer and live in the US you have been given warning.

In the April edition of The Dollar Vigilante, due out tomorrow evening, we uncover a gem of a country which is nice, beautiful and modern.  Even better, this is a quote from their Finance Minister: "“We have yet to introduce a personal income tax; we have been trying to do so since 2003, but there is resistance.”

Subscribe today to uncover opportunities like this where you can live or work in freedom and not be a tax slave and subject to the communist/socialist whims in the US and most western countries.

Ah yes, class warfare aimed at destroying the innovators and job creators. Just what American needs.

How can Galt's Gulch be in Argentina when Argentina is a socialist country that has been deteriorating for over 100 years and that has 30% inflation and is much closer to hyper-inflation than any Western country?

Galt's Gulch, that's just too funny. Why don't you tell us what you really think?

Oh right, your can't do that because you would lose your followers or subscribers or whatever. "Therein lies the problem with our current social arrangements. They are based on force, fear or deception. Ayn Rand is just based on stupidity. Capitalism, communism, socialism they are but minor variations on the same central concept of "enforcement". The only thing seperating them is the manner in which the force behind "enforcement" is cloaked int the veil of ownership.

You guys are pissing in the wind and stroking your own egos. Gault's Gulch, thats just too funny.
